Sessions take place on a Saturday morning 10.00pm-12.00pm.

Meet just inside the Hollywood Bowl near the café area.
Equipment:
Wear loose fitting clothing, that enables you to take part safely. Please bring a drink . Equipment can be borrowed form the venue.
Accessibility Information:
Parking is via the underground carpark, and then a short walk to the venue. Parking voucher can be obtained from the reception desk once lanes are booked.
