This form of SEATED Zumba Gold classes offers those with limited mobility a safe and secure way to benefit from some gentle exercise. All routines are done in a chair or wheelchair, with breaks between songs to allow recovery. The aim is to get people moving within their abilities and to keep them smiling and grooving to music they love and recognize - a wide range from chart and older music, as well as lots of the fun Latin and world rhythms that make Zumba so special.
