The Hubs Pilates classes are suited to all ages and fitness levels. We are a unique 'drop in & pay as you go' centre ideal for those who wish to keep fit but without the expense of a monthly gym membership. The class holds up to 15 people on a first come first serve basis. All equipment is provided by the hub so no need to carry your mat. The aim of this class is to Strengthen and lengthen muscles focusing on your core with a series of exercises.
