Overview
We are a competitive swimming club offering opportunities to swimmers from Stage 3 Learn to Swim through to experienced competitive swimmers.
We are committed to helping our athletes achieve their full potential in the sport.
Our coaching team are fully qualified swimming coaches and teachers (Swim England level 2) and work closely with the Swim England Para coaching team on both athlete & coach development.
The RDASC Para squad have had success at both regional & national level competitions with one of our athletes qualifying for the 2021 Paralympic trials.

In the first instance potential members should contact admin@rdasc.org.uk for an informal discussion.
Athletes will then be invited for a trial session.

Mon 7pm-8pm, Thur 4.30pm-5.15pm & Sunday 3pm-5pm

Richmond Dales ASC is a fully inclusive competitive swimming club offering Para swimming opportunities for athletes with physical or visual impairments with dedicated Para coaches.
The Para squad trains at both Richmond & Catterick leisure centres and have both "starter" and "experienced' sessions available.

Equipment:
Athletes will need appropriate swimwear, swimming goggles & hat.
Additional equipment would be required based on individual need which would be discussed following the trial swim session.

Full disability access is available at both training venues with experienced staff / coaches on hand to assist where needed.
