Overview

Organised by Disability Advice Service Lambeth's IntoSport Lambeth service. A short 30 minute free walk for Disabled and non-Disabled people together every Monday (except bank holidays and when weather is very bad). Starts and finishes from ground floor reception at We are 336 (336 Brixton Road), Lambeth's Disability hub. We are a friendly group and the session is inclusive for everyone whatever your impairment or pace. Meet 12.25pm, walk to nearby Slade Gardens, back by 1pm.

Wear something suitable for the weather. Use sensible footwear but the walk is mainly on the pavement and hard paths around the park
