Overview
Aimed at wheelchair specific triathlon, but you can just do single event race chair or handcycle or swim. You do not have to compete, some do it for social and exercise reasons. We might in most cases be able to let you have a go in our club equipment. You can just come along and watch one of two training sessions every week, Thursday and Sunday at 11am, both usually at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, VeloPark. Postcode E20 1HB, a 1 mile traffic free tarmac cycle track.

Entrance to the track is £5 per session, but you can be a centre member at £19 a month.

Is there a specific meeting point at the address:
At the VeloPark entrance there is plenty of free Blue Badge parking. Just ask at the VeloDrome main desk for the ROAD circuit.
Equipment:
You will in time need some Lycra type top and bottoms, but for starters nothing too loose.
Accessibility Information:
The centre is 100% step free to the road circuit. We do have a coffee and chat after in the cafe in the VeloDrome, accessed by two large lifts.
