Overview

Lancaster Lions FC is an inclusive football club for athletes with a variety of different needs. We aim to play football in a fun and enjoyable way.

We have two differentiated sessions where the players interested will be assessed on their first training session.

Attending the club:

To register an interest in playing football you need to email the manager Simon at sbest@lancaster.southend.sch.uk and he will give you more information.
Training is free for the first session and £5 per session after.

When we meet:

There are currently two differentiated sessions. The first session for those with an interest in football takes place from 0845-0945. The second session for those who want to compete and have a good knowledge of football takes place from 1000-1100.

Is there a specific meeting point at the address:

The Lancaster Lions FC meet on the school field for the training sessions.

Equipment:

All players need to have shin pads and shoes which have good grip. When the pitch is saturated all players will need football boots.

The facility is completely accessible for wheelchairs and individuals who have physical disabilities.
