Overview
A free weekly multi-sports session for Disabled people in the sports Hall at Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre. Every Wednesday in term time from 10am - 12noon. Includes some seated activities plus soft cricket, netball, boccia, table tennis, badminton etc. For people aged 16 upwards with any impairment and any ability. The emphasis is on trying out something new and having fun. Organised by Disability Advice Service Lambeth's IntoSport Lambeth service in partnership with GLL Better. Sessions are led by an experienced coach from Disability Sports Coach with cricket activities led by Surrey Cricket. The club restarts after Easter on Wednesday 18th April and continues until July.

Check in at reception who will direct you to the main Sports Hall. If you are new to the session let the club leader know so they can welcome you, find out what you'd like to try out and make sure they have your details to keep in touch.
Equipment:
Wear comfortable loose clothing and trainers or similar footwear. A wide range of sports equipment is provided. It is good to bring a bottle of water and a snack to keep you going. The centre also has a cafe.
