Overview

We run dedicated coaching sessions for disabled riders who want to keep fit, have fun and improve performance through regular interaction with professional Go-Ride Coaches. Both experienced and new riders of any age will be eligible to attend the sessions, which are open to disabled riders. British Cycling has a fleet of 2 wheeled bikes for riders to borrow along with some adapted bikes at the venue including handcycles and trikes. Riders should contact the coach beforehand to discuss their individual needs. Attending the club:

There is a charge of £5.00 to cover circuit hire. You can book on to sessions by searching for 'Disability Hub' on the British Cycling Events page: https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/events/home

When we meet:

We meet once a month at 10.00 am. You will need to check the website for the correct session dates.

Accessibility Information:

Step-Free access, Disabled Toilets/Changing If bringing a Guide Dog, please check ahead of your visit so that arrangements can be made to care for your dog whilst you enjoy your ride as dogs are not permitted unattended onto the cycle track on safety grounds.
