Overview
We provide recreational gymnastics for all ages and mixed groups. We give opportunities for artistic style including the use of: floor, bars, beam, airtrack, trampette and vault. We also give opportunities for children to experiment with rhythmic equipment using hand held apparatus. We allow the children to develop their fundamentals skills through badge work (proficiency levels 8-1, bronze, silver and gold).

New members sign onto the waiting list via the website (link below), invited in for a trial sessions, invoice get sent out on week 2 on a termly payment through loveadmin. New membership will all receive a welcome membership pack via email giving instruction to current operating procedures, payment for club membership fees and British Gymnastics membership (insurance). Any questions can be sent via email to head coach or assistant head coach or to the club telephone all available to find in the welcome pack.
When we meet:
Monday 4:30-5:30, Monday 5:45-6:45, Thursday 4:15-5:15, Thursday 5:30-6:30, Saturday 9:45-10:45, Saturday 11-12, Saturday 12:15-1:15pm.

Equipment:
Participants are required to wear sports clothing ie. shorts, leggings and a top, leotards are optional. No hoodie, buckles or zips are allowed to be warm in practise but can be put on to leave. We also ask for all gymnasts to wear palm guards when doing bars particularly during covid times- these can be purchased from the club for a small fee or sourced elsewhere to the parent/guardians discretion.
