Overview

T'ai-chi Ch'uan is an ancient Chinese discipline which uses slow movements to study complete relaxation, accuracy of position, balance, evenness of motion and correct breathing. I have been studying Tai Chi since 1990, when I started training with Wutan UK and have been teaching it for over 10 years. I am a member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. This class combines seated exercises with Tai Chi and is aimed at people who do not feel ready to join my regular classes
