Overview

ADAPT Youth Inclusive Dance Company is a weekly dance group for young people age 12-25 years with and without disabilities, behaviour disorders and those in care arrangements.

Our aim is to raise aspirations and confidence, offering participants an opportunity to develop skills in contemporary dance and choreography. The weekly sessions are free for all participants.

Attending the club:

The ADAPT sessions are free of charge. Anyone interested in our sessions will just need to contact classes@eximdance.org.uk to book a free place then a welcome package will then be provided.

When we meet:

ADAPT session stake place on Fridays in term time between 5pm -6pm at Oxford House Creative Hub, 29 Manor Street, Stonehouse, Plymouth, PL1 1TW

Equipment:

Exim Dance ask that the young people attend wearing comfortable clothing and bring some water/juice. No specific equipment is required.

Accessibility Information:

Our premises offer a ramp and has changing facilities in place and disabled toilets.
