We are a small and friendly running club based in Sale, Greater Manchester and have English Athletics trained VI guides. We aim to provide runners of all abilities with a safe environment and the motivational support needed to start running, keep running and get better at running. Join us on one of our free runs and, if you enjoy the experience, become a member of the club or, if you are new or returning to running, why not join our 10 week beginners programme.
