Chair-based Zumba Gold (Sherwood)

This is a very gentle, very low-impact but super fun Zumba Gold class that can be done seated or standing. It is wheelchair-friendly and most suitable for older adults and those with disabilities or mental/physical limitations. There's also the chance to socialise afterwards in the community cafe with your fellow class members (food & drink not included). We advise booking for this class to avoid disappointment.
