CHAIR BASED HIIT STYLE CLASSThis is a chair based HIIT style class that aims to get your heart rate up, Get the blood pumping and release lots of endorphins (The chemical in your brain that makes you feel good). 30-45 mins is all you need for this session.

Iain is an Adaptive Personal Trainer who specialises in working with clients with Neurological conditions, Spinal injury and other complex needs. Iain also runs a variety of Group exercise classes both online and face to face.
