Cambridge Wheelchair and disability athletics
Sports category:
Athletics
Overview
The club welcomes athletes with disabilities. In most cases athletes with disabilities join in our main training groups. We offer opportunities for people with all kinds of disabilities to take part in athletics and have a thriving wheelchair athletics group. We hope to add racerunning to the list soon. We aim to have fun in training and to enable everyone to improve. We provide competitive opportunities whenever possible but it is always up to the individual athlete to decide what is right for them. If you want to see if athletics is for you, get in touch with us and come along for a couple of training sessions, as a free introduction. We'll be pleased to see you.
