Overview
Mixed Indoor boxing class for all, adults and juniors (from 12 years old upwards), everyone welcome. Class includes a warm up, boxing technique drills, partner boxing technique and padwork drills, technique and fitness stations, light optional body sparring, conditioning exercises, cool down and stretches. The training sessions have been designed to focus on technique, while developing cardio fitness, building muscle strength and decreasing body fat. The sessions will strengthen the deep core muscles necessary to maintain good posture and flexibility. Technique is key, so this is not Boxercise, but the workouts will push and challenge you. If attendance is frequent, you will see fast results in weight loss, muscle development, and overall conditioning. A whole body workout which hits all the major and minor muscle groups.
