Overview
Social friendly moderate health walk group - an ideal introduction to health walking. Trained volunteer Walk leaders will oversee you walking in the park and local areas on hard surfaces (pushchair and wheelchair friendly). Duration 30 minutes approximately. Meet at the Aldridge Community Centre, Middlemore Lane, Aldridge, WS9 8AN. 10.15 meet for a 10.30 start.
