Exercise class for Older Adults
Specialist Exercise with Nicki
Overview
This is a fun and lively Exercise class for Older Adults. Incorporating standing and seated exercises to help improve Stamina, Strength, Balance and Flexibility. All Levels of fitness and abilities are catered for. Adaptations and alternative exercises are given throughout where necessary. Your Instructor Nicki is friendly, welcoming and passionate about helping people stay Active and Independent throughout their lives. She is highly experienced with qualifications in Chair based Exercise, Postural Stability, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Chronic Respiratory Disease, Exercise on Referral and Exercise to Music. Do come along and try it out. Wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move around freely with good supportive footwear is advisable and bring along some water. Your first session is Free and then the cost of each session is £4 thereafter.
