Do you like dancing and want to be a change maker?!
The first ever Girls in Dance Festival is a full day event for girls aged 13-21 years like you who enjoy dancing to get inspired, empowered, learn about leadership and be part of a community of girls!
Organised by the charity AWA DANCE, led and hosted entirely by women, the Girls in Dance Festival offers girls a safe space to connect, grow and be yourselves, using dance as a transformative tool in that journey.
You can attend on your own, with friends or as part of a group. Either way, you will be put in groups and have chances to connect with other girls.
The whole team of women and AWA DANCE will be there with you to guide you and support you at all times.
We will provide you with lunch and a goodie bag with products and resources!
The Girls in Dance Festival is and only girls event and it is not just about dance; it’s about empowering girls like you to become confident, strong, and change makers.
