Overview

One and a half hours of trampolining fun on a full-sized trampoline at Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre. Lead by our qualified instructor, children will learn basic bounces and landing techniques, how to act as spotters for each other, as well as how to make shapes, twist in the air and much more!
