Do you have physical restrictions? Do you want to be more active? Join our 60 min seated yoga class with the option to do standing poses for gentle movement, breathing exercises, and a few minutes of meditation. Adaptive Yoga is designed for people with injury, limitations, or disability. Adaptive Yoga shows you a way of re-inhabiting the body, with greater ease and harmony, no matter how painful the body may feel.
