PD Power is a 45-minute exercise class designed to address Parkinson’s symptoms including coordination and balance as well as improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Our class is based on research that suggests high-effort, multidirectional and repetitive movements have the potential to help slow down the progression of Parkinson’s symptoms using neuroplasticity.Club features
