Exercise classes designed by our physiotherapist for older people to help you stay strong and active, improve your balance and flexibility and conquer those aches and pains no matter what your age or ability. Our 'Circuits' Classes are Weekly hour long classes led by Keep Phytt trained instructors for with more challenging exercises including regular use of weights, mats and a rowing machine.Club features
