Tai Chi is one of the most inclusive and adaptable exercises for all abilities and ages. No need for mats and cushions, exercise is standing or seated. Join me for a gentle hour of Qi Gong - energy management, Tai Chi Form work and meditation. Learn to coordinate you movement with mind and breath to improve wellbeing. Open to all levels. £12 per class pay as your go or £40 per month pay in advance.
