Positive Movement
The Sadie Centre
Overview
Positive Movement is a very gentle exercise approach which combines techniques drawn from Adaptive Yoga (a well-researched method developed in America specifically for people with physical disabilities) with the principles and methods of the Alexander Technique (an approach which instils awareness of posture and movement) and with Mindfulness. Teachers (who are fully qualified and experienced Yoga teachers) undergo 8 full days of training in the approach. The fun sessions consist of an hour of gentle exercise, followed by 30 minutes to chat and connect.Club features
