Overview
Attendees will learn the basics of boxing, kicking and defensive striking skills to help develop technique, movement and co-ordination. Our kids classes are taught by experienced professional coaches, and are designed to provide a fun, supportive environment for children to learn new skills, build confidence and discipline, and meet new people.Club features
