Overview

"A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!The event takes place at Raphael Park, Main Road, Romford, RM2 5EB. every Saturday at 9:00am. We meet by the bandstand, halfway along the lake. It's FREE to take part, but please register before you first come along. Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in Costa on Main Road - please come and join us!"
