Valentines parkrun

Overview

"A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!The event takes place at Valentines park, Ilford every Saturday at 9:00am. We meet at the Valentines Park Café on the north side of the Boating Lake. It's FREE to take part, but please register before you first come along. Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at the Valentines Park Café - please come and join us!"
