"A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!The event takes place at Bedfont Lakes Country Park near Ashford, Middlesex every Saturday at 9:00am. We meet in the centre of park. It's FREE to take part, but please register before you first come along. Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee The Orchard Café, 776 Staines Road, Feltham, TW14 8RU - please come and join us!"
