Overview

"A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!The event takes place at Wormwood Scrubs Park, Shepherd's Bush, London every Saturday at 9:00am. We meet at the central area of Wormwood Scrubs facing the prison. It's FREE to take part, but please register before you first come along. Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at the Thames Valley Harriers clubhouse at Linford Christie Stadium - please come and join us!"
