Overview
This is a trial of something new, a ladies only session. This has been included on request. No offence Gents yours (only) session is on Saturday mornings. It is as normal an introduction session to the activities of Nordic Walking and Total Body Walx groups of Walx West Highland set in the stunning scenery of Benderloch.
Instruction is provided in the correct use of poles to improve posture, mobility and flexibility and a stepping stone to improved Fitness and Health, in a sociable and welcoming atmosphere.
If you don’t have poles no need to worry these can be loaned to you for the session.
