It's Tuesday so it's a group run (and walk), meeting in (and returning to) Workout on Welsh Back - gloves are normally needed, insect repellent is good outdoors - you have been warned!

Changing facilities, lockers and loos are available at Workout Harbourside - bring your own padlock as Workout aren’t lending them anymore. Otherwise it’s just an er. We’re meeting outside Workout unless it’s raining (then it’s inside Workout) and leave just before 6.30 so aim to arrive at 6.20
Instead of the usual popping into ClubHaus at Workout for a drink after the run/walk, it’s the first Tuesday of the month so time for GoodGym Eats. No idea where yet as we need people to volunteer to arrange it. Can you join the TaskForce (https://www.goodgym.org/v3/stories/taskforce) and help organise the monthly Eats social?
