Wheelchair Rugby League

Overview

Wheelchair Rugby League is an inclusive sport that mimicks the running game of Rugby League with adaptions for wheelchairs and tackling is pulling a tag from the sleeve. Any age, gender and ability as long as you can push yourself in a wheelchair. Disability players are anyone with a long term health condition and not based on mobility. We have limited movement players who wear a band and tap the ball on the wheel if they are unable to touch the floor and non disability players can also play, meaning family friends or carers of people who have disabilities can play in the same team.
