Cerebral Palsy Football

Overview

epcpRomford is part of Romford FC an FA Accredited Club. We have been providing regular coaching and playing opportunities for ambulant players with Cerebral Palsy for over 15 years. In that time our players have earned coaching qualifications, represented their country and gained access to FA Centres of Excellence, where future England players are identified and supported. We have access to playing facilities at Emerson Park Academy in Hornchurch, Essex. Training sessions are generally every fortnight on a Sunday between 11 am and 1 pm. Inside training is in the sports hall or, if outside, we use the sand based 3G pitch, which provides an excellent playing surface. Our focus has always been on providing regular training for our CP players, encouraging those with the skills and ambition to access opportunities at the highest level. Our sessions have drawn players from a wide geographical area and allows them and their parents to share experiences and support each other.
