Improve your health and well-being by taking part in our Tai-Chi for Health Programme. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. Develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow, fluid movements that can help promote relaxation. Every Wednesday 10-11am. £2 per session. Limited spaces available.
