Fun Club

Overview

Each Thursday Kingston mencap is supported by Fulham Foundation coaches to run some fun activities for those with a learning disability at the Searchlight Community centre between 1-3pm. These are varied and not the same each week although Boccia is a favourite with members. We have access to many different games and equipment to ensure the games are adapted so everyone can take part. We have breaks and add in music and singing during the time we are together.

Accessibility Information:

Searchlight community centre is accessible all on one level and has accessible toilets. There is one main entrance and exit plus two fire escapes on the same level with ramps into and out of the building. We have two dedicated disabled parking sports and a small car park for vehicles. There is a sensory room for those who may need some quiet time and the discretion to have food and drink privately.
