Yorkshire Lions Wheelchair Rugby Club
Overview
The Yorkshire Lions Wheelchair Rugby Club was set up in October 2013. A small group of tetraplegic ex-patients from Pinderfields were brought together by Kevan Baker, who is the Lions Manager and Allan Smith who is the Lions Head Coach. Initially the club was established as an initiative to help people get fit and to potentially play a little wheelchair rugby. Since that time specialist wheelchairs have been purchased and the correct supporting equipment. If you wish to attend a session please feel free to get in touch or just turn up to a session!Club features
