Trampoline and Gymnastics Coaching. All welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.

Accessibility Information:

No access restriction. Ground Floor. We run sessions in a council leisure centres. Disabled toilet. Disabled parking etc. We don't have a hoist at the moment so you need to be able to get on and off the trampoline. Coaches are trained in Rebound Therapy, adapting trampoline for those with disabilities. Some conditions require medical approval before taking part for Health and Safety/Risk Assessment reasons. We use bean bags to bounce people who can't support themselves and will support people with visual impairments. We also welcome the deaf community.
