Mid-summer Running Fitness Training (later pm)

Overview

The regular mid-summer running fitness sessions will keep you going whatever the weather. Location/ activity will vary depending on heat/ wet and will cover a variety of drills, speeds and distances each week to keep you motivated and on-track for race goals or running improvement. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. Please check with the Run Leader(s) directly before attending any runs with under 8s. Qualified Run Leaders are insured to lead training sessions with runners using running buggies, however, please check with your Run Leader directly if you are able to attend with a buggy and that the route is suitable for running with a buggy. Only buggies designed for running may be used and they must be fitted with a five-point safety harness. You will be responsible for your child’s safety, so please be aware of the dangers of running with children in buggies.
