All Ability Cycling for Families

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames

Overview

Join in our free half-term All Ability Cycling Session for families. The activity is designed for people with learning, physical and/or sensory disabilities to enjoy cycling. After being shown how to use the adapted cycles, we are offering the chance for a short ride to explore the park and linked green spaces. Bikeworks will bring a range of adapted cycles, including tricycles, side-by-side cycles for two or more people, wheelchair platform cycles and go-kart style recumbent cycles. This booking is for all bikes other than the side by side bike. If it is available when you are attending then you are welcome to use it. To discuss cycle requirements please contact Simon: simon.shone1@bikeworks.org.uk You are welcome to bring your own bike if you do not require an adapted cycle or would like to cycle as a family.
