Special Olympics St Albans are a local branch of Special Olympics Great Britain. We offer a variety of sports for participants of 8 years and upwards with no upper age limit. We cater for all abilities and all our sessions are designed to improve fitness and well-being whilst having a lot of fun!

The groups are ran by England Athletics qualified Leaders in running fitness who have experience of dealing with mental health issues and we are all happy to run, talk, walk, chat and provide running advice to anyone that needs it.
