Yoga in Cullingworth is a dynamic class, including a variety of poses, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation. This class is based on the Hatha yoga method and is suitable for all levels, beginners included. We teach online accessible and adapted exercise for people with long term health conditions and/or mobility issues. Classes range from Pilates to Qigong. We have seated options. Low impact aerobics type classes, relaxing classes and an online community of supportive members encouraging each other.
For the more discerning client. A gentle & calm approach focussing on breathing, mobility and gentle core strength all at a slower pace. More mindful and less fuss.
