Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing. Techniques that focus on mind, body and sport help boost physical and mental wellbeing.
A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
