Chair yoga is ideal for older and less able adults. The focus of chair based yoga classes is on maintaining or improving functional mobility and provides the means to manage ageing and chronic conditions, such as anxiety, pain, insomnia etc. The class also provides a safe place to connect with others and be part of a group.

Forever cycling allows users to "cycle" through some of the world's most amazing Cities and Landmarks. Using only floor pedals from the comfort of a normal chair you will be shown a tour of various Cities whilst socialising with the group.
