Clyde Cycle Park is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. This team provides a regular football training opportunity for disabled people. Sessions take place throughout the year. The team is part of a club that may cater for a wide range of different impairment and abilities. Some teams will play in local disability leagues (pan-disability or impairment specific) but training only opportunities exist for those not looking to compete against other teams. Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

Our Skill X classes are based on developing athletic performance using a balanced training format scientifically proven to increase physical capacities. All workouts are designed to supercharge your Power, Agility, Speed, and Stamina, all within a short 45-minute session.
