This is a fantastic class for those who want to enjoy the benefits of Pilates but find getting up and down from the floor difficult. We use a range of equipment to get a full body workout and we have a lot of fun and laughter.
Functional Fitness for Seniors is about exercising to improve your ‘function’ - the things you need to do in day to day life and that you need to age well. The class focus on 'Fundamental' movements that we all need to make the most of our lives, both now and in the future. It is about undertaking exercises that research shows benefits us to maintain a happy and fit life, combating frailty, maintaining heart health and balance. The classes aim to ensure that this is also FUN!

A gentle walking pace incorporating strength and balance exercises outdoors. This Wellness WALX is designed for those who benefit from progressive, gentle exercise, and is open to those using poles, not using poles or who would like to try poles. Beginners are very welcome.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur.
