We are a group of players ranging from complete beginners to club curlers, Paralympians and even world champions!! The club has a 2 hour session most Fridays from October through to March starting at either 11.45am or 12.15pm. Bristol Cycling Centre is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. Class takes place all year round. New to Nordic Walking? Contact Catherine to arrange an beginners introductory lesson at 11:45am. If you can already Nordic Walk, join the session at 10:30am.
Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”. An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
This this a class for all levels of fitness and is a very light exercise class. You can push yourself further if you wish or go at the pace of the instructor.
Join our weekly Getting Together Club at The Halsey Masonic Hall. The clubs aim to provide a supportive, engaging and enriching atmosphere, where individuals can connect, socialise and thrive. You will take part in socialising, light exercise, listen to guest speakers (helpful tips and tricks), monthly activities, fun, games and much more.
