Contemporary Pilates mat class with Itta. Enjoy this gentle class to improve mobility, develop deep core support and establish good technique. Slow Pilates moves focussing on alignment, breath and centre with a gentle approach suitable for everyone including beginners.
A mindful 60 minute practice which will include movement, stillness, breath work and relaxation.
