These sessions can be done sitting down but are also suitable for those looking to improve their balance and become steadier on their feet. A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
